Nice sound but will fall out of my ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headphones sound great. They do tend to fall out of my ears more often than I'm accustomed to, so that is quite annoying at times. I do like the ability to pause and control the volume on the headphones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Average wired earbuds

I bought the 310c to replace my 110 because of the reviews of how they sounded. But in my honest opinion the 110 sounds better. The 110 are louder and seems to have more bass.

Thanks for your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve. We recommend using the EQ presets control accessible via the three-button remote on the cord. To find the sound that fits your taste.

A great wired option with tethered benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really missed having a good wired headphone option these days when wireless is dominating the market. The Tune 310c are a very simple to use, no pairing necessary. There is no fear of losing the a left or right bud when running or bustling through the city. The sound quality is good and consistent with that JBL has been providing across their product line. Now that USB-C is standard among every relevant smart phone, JBL has proved ready to address the new trends in technology.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Average headphones with bad usb-c connector

The usb-c connector is very tight, very hard to unplug from my phone and laptop. I have to force it to be able to unpluge the headphones.Volume level could be higher. Have a cheaper jbl wired headphones with better audio quality.

Right sight stopped working a few months after purchase despite delicate handling and fairly infrequent use. I can still use the volume controller, but the sound doesn't go through.

these headphones lasted me 6 weeks before they broke. the sound is now in and out and even holding it into the phone won’t work. don’t buy.

Thanks for your feedback. Below are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 310C. First, let’s determine if the source device (Phone, iPad, Computer, etc.) is giving the problem. Please try connecting to a different source using the same wire and headphones. If the problem is resolved, this means that the jack in your phone is no longer working properly. Next, flex the wire where it joins with the source device. If there is a change in dropouts, this means that the wire is bad. For further assistance, please contact us.

Lots of Bass and So Comfortable! Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune 310C with USB-C are perfect for me! They work great with my android phone and the sound is incredible. There is plenty of bass, just like I like and everything comes through crystal clear. The cord never tangles like other types wired ear buds. They are very comfortable and light. You really don't feel them in your ears. Phone calls are also clear and I have even used them for work calls!
