How long do you have to return the shampooer? I like that it's easy to clean, it doesn't get close to the walls, not sure that I like the wash forward dry backward.....doesn't seem to work well on spots...because you put the water down and it immediately sucks out the water....

We ordered this cleaner on line after looking at a lot of machines. It came in less than a week. I have used it 3 times now and it cleans great! It is easier than our old machine to set up any go. The thing I like best is all the tanks drop into place with no effort. All the parts ,tanks and brush cover come off easy for cleaning. I had some woolite carpet cleaner left over from our old macine. So I used it before using the Hoover cleaner. The woolite cleaner did a better job than the Hoover cleaner.
