Broke after three uses

Worked great until the third time we went to use it. The water tank leaks the moment it's placed on the machine and it's not powered on. Lost a quarter of a tank before getting started. We have to take both the water and solution tank off to dry.

Extremely Dissapointed

I've always trusted the HOOVER name when it comes to making life around my home easier, however, the Smartwash+ has let me down. Not only has it left a section of my carpet black, it started smoking on me after little use. I wish I didn't have to post a negative review, but I don't want someone else ending up in my position.

I bought this a month ago and it has done nothing but leaked it pushes forward and its suppose to be on the wash cycle but it goes to the dry cycle

Leaks everywhere

Worked great for maybe 3 months. After that, it would take forever to start the cleaning process for example you could push it back and forth "phrasing" for roughly 5 minutes before it would actually start putting soap out. Now the final situation is whenever soap and water go onto this worthless contraption they both immediately leak all over the place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The smart wash was doing great in the beginning but after a few weeks, it started leaking from th back every time. The solution tank leaks non stop and there doesn't seem like there's a crack
