Very easy to put together and easy to use . it is also easy to clean once you are done. It also cleans very deeply any carpet even the very thick ones. It actually cleans better than the rental professional carpet cleaner i used before. Also it is easy to manoeuvre because it is light almost as a vacuum cleaner. It is a very good investment as i will definitely use it more often than if i would get a rental. The hose for the steps makes it easy to also quickly get rid of smalls stains. I will also use it for my cars (carpet and seats).

I am so impressed with how well the Hoover Smartwash cleaned my bedroom carpet! There was a high traffic area leading to my bathroom that I've tried to get clean. I've even had the area professionally cleaned with poor results. With pretreatment and a couple of passes over the carpet with this steam cleaner, my carpet looks so much better!

This is by far the best and easiest carpet cleaner I have ever used. I used the pet cleaner. it cleaned up pet urine easily. No mixing with water. The machine cleaned up easily. This carpet cleaner has already paid for itself.
