I recently purchased the new smartwatch from Hoover, I had some early versions of this steam cleaner in the mid-90s. I am thrilled to report that this was such a great purchase and cleaning experience! Virtually hands-free, I love not having to pull the trigger!! My carpets look amazing and smell amazing. It's made cleaning carpets at home a breeze!

Ordered this through FB while in a sling due to shoulder surgery. My neighbor needed a shampoo machine after his tenant family with retriever moved out. Offered him the new one if he would put it together for me. Neighbor reported excellent results. I'm out of my sling but still not allowed to use my right arm/shoulder which is my dominant side. Couldn't wait any longer because my 14 year old poodle mix had been ill and there were multiple spots that I couldn't clean well with my left hand. So- I just finished my carpets and I am so pleased with this machine. All of the complaints I've had with the earlier models are resolved. Having the ability to control the clean and dry cycles is terrific. Less moisture when I have a spot to clean. The separate solution bin is terrific. Used to have to remix each time I ran out of water with the old machines. So simple to clean out the hair in the beater brushes and suction! Saved me at least 20 minutes; used to take that long using a steak knife to clean out the other one. I was able to easily maneuver and lift the machine with my non dominant arm. My carpet is clean and I haven't harmed my shoulder. Could not be happier! My three dogs and I thank you for getting it right this time.

I love this machine but my brushes stopped spinning i took it a Apart and now know its because the belt broke but i can't get full access to put a new one on and i can't find a replacement belt so now my machine is sitting n my rugs are dirty over a belt??
