I would not buy again because it arrived damaged, the broke.

it seems to work well but didn"t last long. if i were to buy again hoover would have to show me that it is worth spending my money on this type of machine. I took it out of the box and it had a crack in the suction nozzel plate. then i used it and it broke further. Not Happy!

Worst designed machine Hoover has ever made!

Lasted 2 weeks before belt broke. Machine had excellent suction and so easy to move but whomever the engineering genius that designed a machine with a belt that broke quickly and then wasn't easily accessible, should have to repair every single returned machine so he/she may understand a customers' perspective. It's absolutely ridiculous! And then of course, there are no schematics anywhere online showing where the belt placement might be or how you may or may not be able to replace it. Not even one YouTube video. I have purchased Hoover products over 20 years now. I most definitely will not purchase another of these machines and will seriously have to consider purchasing any Hoover machine if this is their idea of acceptable. Had to go out and purchase a different brand since I need a machine and don't have the option of waiting for another to be shipped. I wouldn't have purchased if I didn't need it. I wish anyone luck who purchases one of these. Don't bother trying to replace the belt either. I would give "0" stars if at all possible.

It's the easiest cleaner! No fuss no muss. Pushed the tab to release to clean rollers and the tab broke off after first use. Do you have replacement part? Useing duct tape for now . Thank you Vicki

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched so many brands and models before settling on this one due to its excellent reviews. Specifically about suction and cleaning power. We had an initial hiccup with our first unit and customer service sent us a new one right away. The new unit cleans so well and the carpets are nearly dry by the time you're finished. We go over them a couple times with soap, and then a couple more times with just water, to pull our residual soap. It's incredible how much dog hair is pulled out even after vacuuming multiple times with a brand new vacuum. Check my photos to see how it brought a shag rug back to life. Love it!

I am ready to clean carpet - poured water in water tank and it LEAKS!! I don't want another one as a replacement, I want my hard saved money refunded. I read what others experienced and no thanks. I'm now no longer a customer.

Best purchase of my life

This is hands down the best purchase I've ever made. I'm on my 3rd puppy in 3 years (I know crazy but they're the best!) and this cleaner has saved my carpets. I just washed up puppy puke from the rug and I'm reminded, again, what a lifesaver this has been. My rugs are grateful, I'm grateful, the dogs are grateful. I can't overstate how consistently this cleaner has worked for the last 3 years. I should have written this review for the great poosplosion of 2023 but I was a bit preoccupied. I will never stop recommending this product. Thank you Hoover for saving my rugs and sanity!

This machine is great. It's so easy to put together and use. Buttons light up, push forward to wash pull back to dry It has large capacity water and dirty water tanks. There's a dry button to soak up extra water. I have dogs that shed, doesn't matter how good I vacuum there's hair. This machine seems to separate the hair because there's none in the dirty water. Everything comes apart to clean. I'm rambling sorry. Just very happy with my purchase.
