Not sure what to think as I cant get an aswer

I just used my smartwash for the first time and very little solution was used if any, yes it was firmly put in and I followed the directions. Not sure how much should be left after a filled tank

Stopped drying after 2 uses

After shopping around for a carpet cleaner this was on my radar.I was extremely excited for this product as I have reviewed other cleaners that had the dry option. Unfortunately, after 2 uses the suction stopped working and left my rug soaked. I've done some troubleshooting online and it still has not worked.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wouldn't buy a carpet cleaner from Hoover if you ever want to use your hose attachment. Other than that it works great.

Smart wash

My house is mostly carpet and I have paid to have it professionally cleaned many times but now I have my own I can do it whenever I want. It's very easy to use and very easy to pull apart and clean. Very happy with the results.

We used this thing one time after I brought it and it stop dispensing water. Its out of warranty. Never again. No one can figure out what is wrong with it.

Easy to use

I use this about once a week. I get a lot of heavy traffic stains on my carpet. I use it on a 6 x 4 area after I vacuum. So I use a shark vacuum and then I've use the robot vacuum and this is what comes out of the carpet after the vacuuming, I wonder if it's all carpet fiber I mean, I have dogs Photo

This is worst machine I've ever bought

We are on our 2nd one, Hoover did replace the first one. It does not leak on the sides it floods the floor and does not dry during the flooding. I'm so disappointed in this I thought Hoover was a trusted name and for the cost this is ridiculous. It worked about 4-5x the last one lasted less than a year and was used maybe 10x.

Better than expected!

I read some reviews that this model leaves a lot of water and doesn't dry for many hours, as well as leaks etc - this isn't true. Yes it'll have some water near the edges of the rug, but wiping the excess off is a 10 second effort. It's a carpet washer, after all! I'm glad I bought it anyway! Amazing product. My rug is dry after 1.5 hrs and so clean. It was easy to assemble and easy to clean afterwards. I'm a very owerwhelmed person and almost never take time to write reviews, but I just had to do this one because that's how happy I am with my Hoover!! Big thanks to the team for creating this product.
