Bought SmartWash a little over 2 months ago, and I give it 5 stars. Does great on spots created by pets "accidents" and "path-way" carpet cleaning. Does great job of picking up moisture out when put in 'suck-it-out-only" mode. Carpets dry with-in an hour or two after cleaning. Also, when running, a bit quieter than regular Hoover vacuum we own. Dog leaves house and the cat leave the room when we operate the vacuum, both sticks around when operating SmartWash.

We bought our Hoover about a month ago, and its hands down THE BEST purchase we have made!! So simple to use, and I was able to almost completely clean our entire living room before I had to refill with water and empty the dirty water. It's great on soap, doesn't use to much or too little, and I love the drying feature. If your in the market for a home carpet cleaner, then stop looking!! This is your machine

I was looking for a carpet cleaner with brushes that could clean with ease. How much easier can you get? You put water in a tank and solution in another and go. Washes forward and dries in reverse. Love it
