I purchased this item in March, because I have three dogs and two cats and at times they make messes. We have used this machine and it works like a charm. The carpet is soft and like new every time! I have purchased other machines in the past and what a waste of money! I would recommend this machine to anyone that has kids or animals. This machine is a gem! Thanks Hoover!!!

This carpet cleaner is so easy to set up and use and it cleaned my rugs beautifully. We have three dogs and our rugs need to be cleaned regularly.
