I bought this a little over a month ago. I have used it on my house and my daughters house. We both have dogs and she has three small kids. Needless to say the carpets were awful. She bought a smaller carpet cleaner when I bought mine and a different brand. I can not even explain the difference between the two. This carpet cleaner blew away the other brand. This cleaner is so easy to use, carry and store. If you are considering this cleaner I promise you that you will be glad you purchased it!

I purchased this item in March, because I have three dogs and two cats and at times they make messes. We have used this machine and it works like a charm. The carpet is soft and like new every time!
