I love this machine! I didnt notice the dry only button until I was finished. But will definately use the next time. I bought the pretreat stain remover separate and it works well for tough stains. I recommend getting hoovers detergents for the machine. The carpets look professionally cleaned. All and all I am very pleased with this purchase!

I bought this to replace our old hoover that was dumping water,I love it it has extra beater bar that scrubs and a dry button that helps dry carpet more,we have 8 kids and so far it works better than any of them I've owned..you did a great job with this carpet this time around thank you.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner for my own after borrowing my son's. I found one even better than his! And SO much easier to use, plus the way the brushes come off so you can clean all the pieces so it doesn't get that musty smell. I love how I can shampoo and rinse my carpet then pull the extra moisture out with the dry only mode!!! If you want a carpet cleaner, this will make your life so much easier! You won't be sorry! I had to contact customer service because the first one I got had issues with the upright latch. It was one of the nicest calls I've needed to make due to a faulty item. The agent sent me a replacement immediately and emailed a return label for me to send the faulty one back.

I got tired of paying high prices for poor professional carpet cleaning, so I bought the Smart Wash. I am so glad I did. I cleaned my carpets a few days ago and am amazed at the beautiful job this machine did. My carpets look brand new. The dry feature makes the carpets almost dry right as cleaning. I am beyond happy with this purchase. There aren't enough praises to express my thanks to Hoover. I love my beautiful clean carpets.
