Title: Hoover Smart Wash - A Total Disappointment!

I'm extremely disappointed with my brand new Hoover Smart Wash. I took it out of the box, followed the instructions, and attempted to use it just once. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all. No water came out, and the machine didn't seem to be functioning properly. I was expecting a high-quality product, but this thing didn't even get the job done once.
Given its poor performance right out of the box, I'm concerned about the build quality and durability of this product. As a brand new purchase, I expected it to work flawlessly, but it seems like I got a dud. I'm not sure if it's a manufacturing defect or a design flaw, but either way, I'm not impressed.
The fact that it didn't work even once is frustrating, and I'm now left wondering if I should return it or try to get a replacement. If you're considering purchasing the Hoover Smart Wash, I'd advise you to think twice and maybe look into other options.
Until Hoover proves otherwise, I'd say avoid this product. Maybe it's just a one-off issue, but based on my experience, I wouldn't take the risk.

Broken hose attachment

I have had my hoover for a few years and now all of a sudden the hose on it has a hole in it and it no longer sucks up the water it spews out onto my carpet so now I just have a disgusting carpet and hoover does not have online where you can purchase another hose attachment. I am more disappointed than anything especially after paying what I did.

Plastic part no gooc

The first few times it worked great. Then the plastic parts don't hold up well. They break and crack and don't fit together to suction up the dirty water. I spent more time trying to fix it than cleaning carpet with it. Disappointing

doesn't do what its supposed to

water and cleaner will not dispense. works well with hose attachment but I didn't buy this thing to have to bend over and/or sit on the ground to clean my rugs. what a disappointment. no online help or videos to fix the problem. back to the store with this thing and will not purchase another hoover.

Can't reach Hoover support

First time use. I'm giving this carpet cleaner it 3 stars in hope that Hoover support will eventually contact me. The brushes are not rotating. I tried Hoover's suggestions and no luck. Hoover help site says to contact Hoover to chat if their suggestions do not work. That is a dead end. I'm very frustrated.

Waste of money. The solution container leaks carpet cleaning solution straight out the overflow hole down onto the floor. It empties the entire container in less than three minutes. Useless!!
