Believe me when I say I'm super skeptical buying anything online guess what I'm glad I did best all around machine I've ever used ...pet stains gone...carpet super clean the only thing to remember is the dry only button. I am always impressed with all of the products Hoover makes. Not only are they easy to use, but set up is easy, as well. I think it's important that they are easy to use, also. They work so well. Much better than a professional grade cleaner. I am obsessed with this device and will not own anything other than a Hoover. Being a dog mom (and cat mom), it's important that I have quick and easy access to clean up small accidents. Thank you.

My SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner works really well. I have used it several times to clean my carpet all over the house (especially because I have two dogs) and it makes my carpet look like new and so clean. It picks up all of the dogs hairs and any minor stains that were on the carpet. My carpet looks beautiful afterwards. It's easy to push around the house, easy to use, easy to put liquids (cleaners) into it, easy to put away. I am really impressed with how well it works.
