I bought this the beginning of November. Cleaned all my upstairs carpets before family arrived over Thanksgiving. This Carpet Cleaner was so easy to use. Lightweight and easy to put in water and dump dirty water. Even easy to clean the brushes. (we have cat hair) This unit even has a heated "dry" cycle which was great for pulling up the cleaning solution from the carpet thus making the carpets dry faster. I love using my new Hoover, SmartWash Automatic Carpet Cleaner!

I have had several Hoover cleaners before, but the new smart wash is so easy to use I was amazed. not having to hold the button down to dispense the solution make it so easy. and the carpet dried in less then an hour. Beautiful carpet dried quickly what more can you ask for. love it

I LOVE that I can take this whole thing apart and clean it when done using it. Especially helpful with dog hair! The hose attachment is great so I can clean my stairs. It worked very well on carpet that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. (We moved into an "as is" house.) A tip is take off the soap dispenser and you can then just have water run through if you don't want anymore soap to come out, which can be helpful if you want just a water rinse. I have owned many carpet cleaners over the yrs since I have dogs and is the best one.
