This steam cleaner is a dream come true for me. Oh I love it. I live the fact that it has no button to push. You just push and pull. I love the size. It works great. It's powerful. I have a special needs daughter. She has dropped everything you can name on my carpet. This steam cleaner gets the job done. I am so happy with the purchase and it's worth every single dollar. I have purchased Bissell all my life. Never again Hoover is the Best hands down.

I bought his about 2 weeks ago. I was really putting off shampooing because it's so much work. Oh how I was wrong. I wish I would have took a before pic. Ths shampooer did amazing. It was very user friendly. It cleaned the carpet than any shampooer I have rented and in half the time. No more renting a rug Doctor for me.

First time using this machine I was hooked. It is amazing!!! Washing the carpet is so simple. My old machine left the carpet really wet and took forever to dry (who wants to walk around on wet carpet all day). But not with this machine, so much better!!! I also had some pet stains that i never thought would fo away, but after using they are gone!
