I borrowed this from my son. I could not believe how deep it was able to clean my wool rugs. I live on the beach, and there was sand down deep in the rugs that my vacuum couldn't pull up.

After cleaning all of the carpet in my house I am pleased with the results Have light colored carpet that had a lot of stains that have almost entirely come up. Was easy to use Only complaint is that the water tank has to be changed frequently in large rooms, but it's easy to use so it wasn't difficult

The smartwash was easy to put together, very few things you have to do. My first experience was good, wash and rinsed three rooms the whole process was took like an hour and a half. It took about half the day for carpet to dry completely. Machine very easy to operate. Lucky AC was on and it pulled moisture out of the air. Overall the machine worked well no complaints.

I bought his about 2 weeks ago. I was really putting off shampooing because it's so much work. Oh how I was wrong. I wish I would have took a before pic. Ths shampooer did amazing. It was very user friendly. It cleaned the carpet than any shampooer I have rented and in half the time. No more renting a rug Doctor for me.
