I purchase the smartwash on June 25 2020. I must admit it exceeded all my expectations. I can't believe 1 year old stains was remove instantly. I will never call Stanley Steamer again.

This steam vac is super convenient, easy to use and a great buy!! Works just like a vacuum.. Literally put your water, carpet cleaner solution and push.. No pushing buttons to spit out soap or needing to let go of trigger to suck up the wet carpet.. it feels just like a vacuum.. Two thumbs up!!

Not as heavy as my old carpet cleaner and like that it mixes water and shampoo so no measuring. Carpet dries quickly since I go over carpet several times and you see all the water it extracts.

My cleaner arrived today. I cleaned my bedroom and hallway. I was pleasantly surprised how light by sturdy the machine is. My favorite feature is the drying mode. After the normal push/pull - wash dry (which is great) i went over the entire carpet a second time on the dry only mode. My carpet is much more dry than when professional cleaners come to my home.

The Smart Wash cleaned well and the machine was easy to take apart and clean. However, it did not leave the carpet nearly dry as promised. I washed it and then went back with water to rinse it. The carpet felt quite wet and took many hours to dry. No water was coming into the machine so I assumed that was as good as it got.
