I purchased this carpet cleaner back in June of 2020. Today while cleaning up a spill, the machine started making a load squealing noise and the brushes where no longer turning. I assume there is a belt that must be slipping. I got some pretty good use out of it, but I didn't expect it to break this soon.

We purchased this about a month ago and were blown away at how clean it got our carpets got and how dry they were after use. With 2 dogs and 2 small children I wasn't expecting to get all the staining out but it did! I highly recommend it!

I researched several before I made my final decision and honestly I couldn't be happier! , in addition it has a Dry only feature which makes it super easy when I'm done to completely assure the carpet is dryed without the traditional design issue of most cleaner making this a 5 star for me !

I used to go and rent one every so often, so I looked into buying one. Best decision ever! It works better than the one I'd rent and I'm saving money since I have one at hand whenever I need it. It cleans deeper than the one I rented and not as heavy. Definitely recommending!

I just bought this, it came today, it is not working right. The cleaning solution drains out as soon as I put it in the container. The call center is supposed to be open until 8 EST, I called at 6 EST and all of days is they are not open.

I purchased this machine about a month ago. My carpets are ALL off white/beige..five kids plus 2 dogs equals not so clean carpets. Having just finished potty training my last puppy, we needed some help but due to Covid you can not rent any machines. Decided to make a purchase and I am SO GLAD that I did. This machine performed miracles for me...my carpets are once again spotless. It does take some getting used to in that it cleans while moving forward and dries while moving backwards...but it really isn't that difficult to get used to and it does a superb job. I did buy the Hoover solution as well as the spot cleaner. Very impressed with the cleaning ability of the machine and the carpets are only damp when finished, dried within an hour or so. Additionally, the machine itself is super easy to clean once you are finished, snap the roller cover off, pull everything out, run under water, pop back in. Really nice product design. It is lightweight and not too big so easy to store. If you are on the fence about buying a machine..do yourself a favor and buy this one. I have no regrets.
