I bought this and I was skeptical but I read some comments and decided to give it a try being desperate to stop having others charge me for expensive carpet cleaning. Boy oh boy I was amazed. This machine is awesome and took out stains and made my carpet clean and fresh! It's easy to use and the best part to me was it's so easy to take a part and clean!! I actually enjoyed doing the work with this great machine. My kids were even amazed and it drys the carpet too! It came with everything I needed I didnt have to go pick up a thing. Thank you Hoover.

I replaced another carpet cleaner with this one. I have a cat and dog. I was amazed at how much pet hair it picked up in the brushes. I also had cleaned my furniture. I had a chair that I was going to throw away because it smelled like animals. I only had it a year. I sprayed it with the pretreatment and let it sit for about 15 minutes and used the attachments to clean it. It looks and smells like new again. Mind you, I had used my other cleaner several times and it did nothing. The attachments have great suction and do a great job extracting the water. It takes apart easily to clean. I'm totally impressed!

I bought this about 10 days ago and used is yesterday. I was hooked because description said easy to use, and it is. All you need to do is read the manual to become familiar with the parts of the machine. It did a good job, carpet looks like new and dried in a short time. was easy to take apart and clean filters. Was very pleased
