This carpet cleaner is amazing! I cannot talk highly enough about it!! I replaced a Bissel that I bad for about 19 years. I use it almost weekly. This Hoover is so easy to not only use, but clean. The tanks are way to take off and clean and put back on. They fit in the kitchen sink which was a big drawback with my Bissel. I had to fill it in the tub. One of my favorite things about this carpet cleaner is that you can actually set the cleaneOne of my favorite things about this carpet cleaner is that you can actually set it on DRY ONLY mode and just dries the carpet.

I owned the Rug Doctor and sold it because I got the new Hoover Smart Wash. The Hoover Smart Wash extracted more water than the Rug Doctor making it dry much faster. The easy clean feature is awesome. Front head comes off so easy to flush clean water through it and beater bars detach so they are also easy to clean. Hoover has stepped up their goal and made a much better Rug Shampooer than before. Love it!

This is the coolest automatic carpet cleaner I've ever seen and it's way better than my first carpet cleaner which is called the Bissell ProHeat 2X Lift Off Carpet Cleaner.

I bought this 29th of August, it arrived Sept 1. I used it right away and love it. It extracted most of the water out of my carpet. It has a dry button that you can push and go over again to take out more.
