I purchased this cleaner a bit over a month ago and as someone potty training a puppy it was a necessity! This cleaner has done wonders for my carpet! Tackles both odor and stains. Couldn't ask for more in a carpet cleaner!

I was in need for new carpet cleaning machine. My 15 year old Hoover has served me well. I have fixed the suction hose several times since every time use put it in motion, it would lead to wearing a hole in it. I also replaced the brush assembly one time. The machine was just to tired and would not clean well anymore. So I was looking at the Bissel and compared it to the Smart-Wash. I got the Smart-wash but was not sure about the automatic mix and trigger less design. I love I don't have to mix the chemicals with the water and the trigger less design is great. This machine got out a 4 year stain in two passes where the old machine tried four times to no avail.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago... Had previously hired "carpet cleaners " in the past. But this on advertisement caught my eye....... This Hoover carpet cleaner. Well let me say that I am shocked.... This machine is not only lightweight, but AWSOME ! It's so easy to use...If you can use a vacuum cleaner. you can use this. highly recommend

I bought this cleaner a couple months ago. Very easy set-up. Very easy to operate. Very smooth, and light weight. The carpet I cleaned was over 40 yrs. old. We had 2 of the top cleaning companies try to clean it, in the past. Didn't work. This machine cleaned it. Unbelievable. We were amazed. It was very simple to dis-assemble, to clean. Just as simple to re-assemble. I would never again call a carpet cleaning company, or even rent a machine again. This is the best machine I have ever seen, or used!

I have had a number of Hoover carpet cleaners and this big guy gets after it. If you have a dog who sometimes has an accident you can rely on this product to dig deep to clean it up. Buy this one folks!

I absolutely love this carpet cleaner. With animals and 2 small lids, our carpets get quite messy! Well this carpet cleaner has been a life saver for my carpet The included sample container lasted 2 cleaning before I had to buy more(which was fantastic). I cannot wait to get more use from this!
