I bought this back in March. It does a great job. I love how it comes apart for easy cleaning. I would give 5 stars, but I already have to replace the suction nozzle, because the little plastic knob that holds the latch in place broke off.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and it already has paid for itself. My small yorkie became very I'll and did the ( you guessed it) from both ends multiple times. I would've had to get emergency carpet cleaners to come, but the Hoover Smartwash was at the ready. I cant believe what a wonderful job it did. As I said...paid for itself already.

I decided to buy this carrier cleaner as the company that cleans my carpet yearly would never deep clean my carpet and used a solution that smelled like the stuff you use to potty train your dog. I was surprised at how easy it is to use, how well it cleaned (your carpet solutions are phenomenal), and how easy it is to take apart to clean the rollers! The only vacuums I've ever owned were Hoovers three in 30+ years! This Hoover smart wash is a great addition to my house cleaning products! Thank you Hoover, keep up the great products and service! I bought it about half a year ago and didn't really have issues I actually liked it but now my brushes don't turn I've tried everything. Super disappointed because I spent so much on it. And I've tried looking up ways to fix it but nothing :( I did love that it comes apart for such easy cleaning brushes coming out was a big plus for me.
