The carpet doesn't get that wet and it dried quickly. One thing I was worried about was the cleaning solution leaving a dirt-attracting residual of detergent. Not a problem, just do a quick rinse with no soap, clear water. Sparlking clean. I'm impressed! It works quickly too, you'll be surprised.

This is by far one of the best carpet cleaning machines I have ever owned!! We just recently bought a house that had sat in probate for over a year so the carpets were dusty and dirty! I have only had to use this machine once and you can see a significant improvements! I was amazed at some of the stains it actually got rid of. I thought these carpets were hopeless until I tried this machine! And it was do easy to put together and use Too! This machine packs a powerful punch for sure!!
