I love this machine but my brushes stopped spinning i took it a Apart and now know its because the belt broke but i can't get full access to put a new one on and i can't find a replacement belt so now my machine is sitting n my rugs are dirty over a belt??

I purchased this carpet cleaner back in June of 2020. Today while cleaning up a spill, the machine started making a load squealing noise and the brushes where no longer turning. I assume there is a belt that must be slipping. I got some pretty good use out of it, but I didn't expect it to break this soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to put together and easy to use . it is also easy to clean once you are done. It also cleans very deeply any carpet even the very thick ones. It actually cleans better than the rental professional carpet cleaner i used before. Also it is easy to manoeuvre because it is light almost as a vacuum cleaner. It is a very good investment as i will definitely use it more often than if i would get a rental. The hose for the steps makes it easy to also quickly get rid of smalls stains. I will also use it for my cars (carpet and seats).

This was a good investment as far as ease of use and cleaning ability, however the ability to suck the water/cleaner back out of the carpet is highly overrated. Infomercial claim nearly all of the water will be removed from your carpet. Not true unless you have a waterproof rubber or plastic backed carpet. I estimate about only 1/3 of the liquid is removed. The rest soaks through the carpet and into the carpet pad. Still...the machine comes in handy for quick clean up of 'messy' big dog messes.
