I purchased this cleaner a week ago & used it for the first time yesterday. It was way easier to assemble & start using than I expected. Powerful cleaning action, and it's great not to have to press a lever to release the cleaning solution. The automatic action is fantastic, and the ability to rinse only after the wash is very quick & easy. Great buy!

I got this product about a month ago and have used it two now on different carpeted rooms and I couldn't be happier with the results! The machine is super easy to use - the automatic change from washing to drying is so easy and, as long as you are methodical about cleaning the carpet, it's really simple. It does take a few hours to completely dry, but the carpets are not soaked with water at all. I was shocked at how dirty the water was, even after a second run of cleaning, but it just shows how well this machine works! Clean up was really easy too. Highly recommend

I bought this shampooer and I have to say I absolutely love it. It is great for kid and pet messes! It also has an attachment for upholstery cleaning and works great. No trigger, so easy to use.

I have two large dogs that bring dirt in the house constantly- Georgia clay dirt. This cleans so well, it pulls up all the dog hair. It is also very easy to clean after use.
