A gew months ago I began having problems with this unit I purchased and did not own for long. Cierra Pfister from the Hoover Community reached out to me regarding my concerns and was absolutely wonderful! They replaced my unit within weeks and this one is working great! That fact that this company treats their customers this well is enough reason to continue using them!

I have owned 4 different Hoover carpet cleaners and I have to say this one is definitely the best. It cleans very well and sucks up the water quickly. I have owned it for 6 mos and never had a problem with it, until today. I went to use it today and the little rubber stopper thing at the bottom of the clean tank popped off and water started pouring out of the machine. But I am going to have it repaired, because I really do like this machine

Hoover made a raving fan out of me! Home of 2 very active kids and 2 very active dogs. Not sure who makes the biggest messes but they seem to be in competition sometimes, so we REALLY put this thing through it. I did have an issue with our unit a little over a year after purchase, putting it beyond warranty - but after describing the issue and my disappointment, Hoover stood behind their product by sending me a brand new current generation unit. I can see that the part mine had issue with has been redesigned and I expect to get a long life of hard service out of this machine. Great job, Hoover - this is how business should be done.

I've had Hzooover carpet shampooers for 40 years. Each time I get a new one, they just keep getting better. This one is no exception. It is so easy to install the water vessel; it just slides into place....no hooks and bulk. Same for the detergent. It is very light weight but has a heavy duty clean.
