The floor cleaner arrived with a trial bottle of cleaner inside but did say you can purchase other Hoover cleaning products one being to pre treat before you clean so that may be why just using the bottle of floor cleaner that was included didn't fully remove the chocolate milk stain that I wanted to get out of my floor desperately BUT it did make it not look as bad which satisfies me for now until I clean the floors again next week and this time I plan on purchasing the pre treat stain remover before cleaning the floors. I'd also like to mention that it's very easy to read and follow the instructions and very easy to clean after use. I love it. I wanted to give my completely honest review after receiving this product for free. I am so glad I was chosen to review it!!

got the our new machine after our old one died ( after a long life ..35 years ) and put it to work right away. WE loved how easy it was to operate it and that you could see just how much was being vacuumed back out as you were going along. We also loved the rinse action and the " DRY " button feature. It really worked at removing any left over water and drying the rug . We even used the attachment to do our cushions for our lawn furniture .. It was easy to use and we were very happy with the end result. Glad we bought this machine..

I have three doggies and they sure know how to leave a mark especially on a light beige carpet for three years. I did not want to break my back using a heavy carpet cleaner machine so decided to purchase the SmartWash+Automatic Carpet Cleaner. I set it up, filled it up with water, and the Max Pet Solution to the dispenser and off I went to clean. I was very surprised with the results. It left my carpet so clean, smelling fresh, drying time was fast and made my carpet fluffy as though it was a brand new carpet. I loved everything about this carpet cleaner. It is so easy to set up and works great. I was a little slow getting organized with how I was going to clean the carpet but after a few back and forth motions I got the hang of it. I do find it awkward in tight spaces but you can maneuver it around. I had some stains from mud and from my puppy urinating on the carpet and us not knowing and both stains came right out. Not only did my carpets look amazing but they felt amazing and smelled amazing.
