Very lightweight with excellent suction! I love this vacuum that it's hard to know where to start. I have 3 dogs and one cat and a lot of messy humans in my home. I have to vacuum daily just to keep all the humans from getting hair balls so I was excited to try this one. My carpet looks great each time I use it. The lines in carpet look great each time. Love it!

I never knew my carpets could come so clean. I have used many brand of carpet clean but none did as good as the Hoover. This carpet cleaner was so easy to use and clean. So easy that I did my whole house one day and the next day I did my grandparents home. I really thought my carpets were a lost cause but they came up like new. Beside the fact that I just recently got a puppy that's not completely house broken. I love my carpet cleaner. Oh, I was also surprised how little cleaning solution it took to clean 7 large rooms. My only regret is that I did not get this carpet clean sooner. Happy in Somerdale!

Had an older model for years but lost it in a flood. Very happy with this new and improved model. It is all in the drying. The more water picked up the faster the carpet dries completely. This picks up to almost completely dry. Love it!

And Here I Thought This Cleaner Was No Good

Three days ago I gave this cleaner 1 star and a no suction complaint. I was really disappointed and annoyed that it wasn't working AGAIN!! I didn't understand why at first it didn't work, then it did work (sometimes I solve issues and don't know how I did it, lol), and then it didn't work again. So, I called on my son, who found the problem. The first time I used it, the water-catcher top wasn't on all the way. But the second time I put it on, I must have put it back on correctly, so it started working the second time. (now I'm happy). When I emptied it again, I must have put it back on wrong AGAIN, so the third time I went to use it, it wasn't working again. Now that I know to look at the whole canister, and not just the back latch, I have done a complete 180 on this cleaner. I LOVE IT!! Love the solution dispenser, so no solution is wasted along with unused water. Love the auto wash and dry only features. SUCTION is GREAT!!! and drying time is fast. So glad I DIDN'T return it!

Hoover made a raving fan out of me! Home of 2 very active kids and 2 very active dogs. Not sure who makes the biggest messes but they seem to be in competition sometimes, so we REALLY put this thing through it. I did have an issue with our unit a little over a year after purchase, putting it beyond warranty - but after describing the issue and my disappointment, Hoover stood behind their product by sending me a brand new current generation unit. I can see that the part mine had issue with has been redesigned and I expect to get a long life of hard service out of this machine. Great job, Hoover - this is how business should be done.

It works well. The only negative thing about this machine is that it uses a lot of product. It is recommended that you go over your carpet with only water after using it, but I find that there is still a lot of product left in my rugs after going over it several times. I really like the "dry only" feature. It does a good job sucking up the remaining water. I'm so happy I got it.
