I bought this in 2018 and I'm just having problems with it I contacted them they're going to replace it it is the best shampoo I've ever had and I've had a lot of shampooers this is my Cadillac Cadillac I love the shampooer I've never had a stain that that carpet cleaner wouldn't get out I live on a farm it even gets the cow manure out Of the carpet

I purchased this carpet cleaner in February 2020 and stored for six months with clean water in clean water tank. When I returned to use it again six months later, the rubber seal at the bottom of the clean water tank had completely deteriorated and all the associated bottom seal parts were floating in the tank. Very disappointing as I only used the cleaner one time with the factory supplied cleaner.

This product has exceeded my expectations, makes cleaning carpets and rugs a breeze. I had a problem with my solution tank and had trouble finding one, wrote to Hoover and they sent me a replacement tank. That is what customer service is all about. Sold on Hoover, and you should be as well.

Purchased about a month ago. I adopted a 2 year old dog that is t quite house trained yet. She's busted a gut in a few places. My carpet is old, 20+ years, and will be replaced after my dog is fully trained. In the meantime, the Hoover does a great job. The carpet will never look new but it looks a lot better than it did before. I replaced a super old Bissell. I do think the solution is a little too foamy. I do wish that you could "wash" first with out the reverse suction. The "dry only" is nice. Now if they just had a "wash only".

Pretty new and already doesn't disperse water. My first steam cleaner and I will never buy another Hoover. I paid wayyyyy to much for it to not work less than 6 months later.

And Here I Thought This Cleaner Was No Good

Three days ago I gave this cleaner 1 star and a no suction complaint. I was really disappointed and annoyed that it wasn't working AGAIN!! I didn't understand why at first it didn't work, then it did work (sometimes I solve issues and don't know how I did it, lol), and then it didn't work again. So, I called on my son, who found the problem. The first time I used it, the water-catcher top wasn't on all the way. But the second time I put it on, I must have put it back on correctly, so it started working the second time. (now I'm happy). When I emptied it again, I must have put it back on wrong AGAIN, so the third time I went to use it, it wasn't working again. Now that I know to look at the whole canister, and not just the back latch, I have done a complete 180 on this cleaner. I LOVE IT!! Love the solution dispenser, so no solution is wasted along with unused water. Love the auto wash and dry only features. SUCTION is GREAT!!! and drying time is fast. So glad I DIDN'T return it!
