Purchased two weeks ago, used immediately. Very satisfied. So much easier to use than two older carpet cleaners I have had for years. Tanks are so much easier to remove from machine and clean, brushes a snap to remove and clean. Also used hose and stair unit to clean Upholstry chairs, and it did a wonderful job again. Light and easy to move around. I am going to purchase a second unit for second house.

I had bought this about a month ago and let me tell you, I got rid of the Bissell without hesitation! This drys the carpet so much better and is way easier to use!! I like that it has a separate tank for the solution and how it auto mixes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again!

I purchased this shampooer because Hoover has a great name and products,, I have not done my carpets in years and they were showing the dirt,,, this product really showed me how dirty they really were,,, It is so easy to use and it is worth the money,,,the only thing is it's all plastic so you have to be very careful with it,,,
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this carpet cleaner about 7 month ago. Now one day the rollers start making a noise and don't spin on carpet. I take it a part to find the tension roller is moving and rubbing on the outside plastic wall causing the rollers not to spin. I was able to rig it so it will work. Looking for parts now to replace the whole roller control assembly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We borrowed our son's to try and loved it so much we wanted to get one for ourselves. Easy to use, did a terrific job and well worth it. We had a small Bissell and never liked it and it was hard to use but little did we know how much dirt came out of our carpets when we used the Hoover. Far superior product! Didn't have to mix solution and was great at sucking up the water.
