Don't buy this - be warned - on 2nd use the water just keeps

On my second use - no matter the dry or wash direction the water won't stop coming out the bottom nozzle even when not in use or turned on - such a bad design - it can still be used but for the dry mode I have to take out the clean water tank!!! So many other facing this issue, obviously its a deign issue

When removing the plastic brush cover one of the little plastic that holds the "PULL TO RELEASE NOZZLE" in place broke and now doesn't stay on

I purchased this machine about a month ago. My carpets are ALL off white/beige..five kids plus 2 dogs equals not so clean carpets. Having just finished potty training my last puppy, we needed some help but due to Covid you can not rent any machines. Decided to make a purchase and I am SO GLAD that I did. This machine performed miracles for me...my carpets are once again spotless. It does take some getting used to in that it cleans while moving forward and dries while moving backwards...but it really isn't that difficult to get used to and it does a superb job. I did buy the Hoover solution as well as the spot cleaner. Very impressed with the cleaning ability of the machine and the carpets are only damp when finished, dried within an hour or so. Additionally, the machine itself is super easy to clean once you are finished, snap the roller cover off, pull everything out, run under water, pop back in. Really nice product design. It is lightweight and not too big so easy to store. If you are on the fence about buying a machine..do yourself a favor and buy this one. I have no regrets.

This product works really well for a rug scrubber (e.g. not a steam cleaner). I especially love the automatic dry feature when pulling backwards. Cleaner last a long time as well. Make sure you protest really dirty areas with Resolve or similar pre- treat product.

My mother in law has one and raved about how well it cleaned and how easy it was to use so I decided to order one. I am the owner of 5 pets...2 labradoodles, 1 lab, and 2 cats...and a 2 yr old grandson! It cleaned up a couple of old vomit stains and lots of dirt! Now able to keep my carpets cleaned regularly. So pleased with how well it cleaned my carpets. Also easy to clean the machine afterwards. I have arthritis in my hands so a carpet cleaner that's as easy as vacuuming was a must. Never knew I'd be so excited about a carpet cleaner!
