I have owned 4 different Hoover carpet cleaners and I have to say this one is definitely the best. It cleans very well and sucks up the water quickly. I have owned it for 6 mos and never had a problem with it, until today. I went to use it today and the little rubber stopper thing at the bottom of the clean tank popped off and water started pouring out of the machine. But I am going to have it repaired, because I really do like this machine

I had purchased the smart wash and had it for a couple months. The brush belt broke. I tried fixing it and buying multiple belts only to find out I couldn't find the right one. I contacted Hoover and they instantly assisted with a solution! Great customer service!

Previously posted that after only 6-8 uses the brushes stopped working. Typically a belt issue when this happens. Contacted the company and they promptly took care of the issue.

I actually bought this Hoover SmartWash Carpet Cleaner about 4 weeks ago and usually am skeptical of stuff advertised on TV, but I thought what the heck, I am home during this coronavirsu lockdown, and I will try it. It works great, easy to operate, easy to clean and being a Mechical Engineer, I was impressed with it design. Great carpet cleaning machiine and I would highly recommend it to family, friends, etc.

I needed a new machine as I loaned out an older model. I have a small Hoover rug cleaner I purchase about 10 years ago. I needed a bigger one and this machine is great. The extra "dry " feature is great and I showed it off to my family !! It's worth's the cost!!!!!

Had this delivered yesterday, used it today, and am Very Impressed! Easy to use and cleaned my carpet and wrap around couch. Can't believe how much dirt I got off of it! Especially love you can take off cover where the brushes are and clean so easily! Highly recommend!

I bought this back in March. It does a great job. I love how it comes apart for easy cleaning. I would give 5 stars, but I already have to replace the suction nozzle, because the little plastic knob that holds the latch in place broke off.
