Waste of Money

I used it 6 times and cleaned it every time I used it. I turned it on and it made a horrible whining noise and now the brushes do not roll anymore. I spend almost $300 on this and now it no longer works. The brushes were cleaned after every use. There are no clogs or problems with suction just no longer have use of rollers. This is my second purchase of a Hoover Cleaner and now my last time using Hoover Products....disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great carpet cleaner

My hover deep cleaner is amazing. I've had a hard time finding one that works with my carpet but this works perfectly. You don't have to hold a button to dispense water it does it automatically and automatically shuts it off and picks up water when going backwards. So easy to use and my carpets look amazing my carpets have never looked or smelled better! Best purchase.

My belt broke on my carpet cleaner. I contacted Hoover and they replaced the entire carpet cleaner free of charge. Amazing company.

My husband loves this machine. He uses it in his office and on our big room rugs. Since he's taken it over I don't do a thing except keep a supply of the Hoover carpet wash in stock. Easy to fill, operate and clean after every use. Good for coffee spills, doggie accidents and general foot traffic dirty. We'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Have used it 4 years.

Really like this product

I've always use Hoover product and this is no different. I had issue with the first unit and had it swapped out for a new one-no problem. Does a very good job and is easy to use. I use it at my shore house after the season and it does a very good job picking up sand and cleaning the carpets. Saves me money from hiring carpet cleaners every season and that works for me. Would buy again and i don't say that too often

I purchased this machine and LOVED it. I recommended it to all of my friends and then within 3 month the drive gars stripped. I reached out to Hoover and they were incredible.. I sent them pictures of the destroyed drive unit and they promptly sent a replacement machine. I am afraid that the drive will strip again but I was VERY happy with their rapid and aggressive response to a catastrophic failure of their drive assembly. I am reluctant to recommend the machine but I absolutely recommend the company.

The first one I bought didn't work, but the customer service was great and got me a new one ASAP! Very easy to use and not super heavy, which I appreciate.
