A must have with pets. Amazing

It is easy , and does a great job. I would recommend this to anyone with or without pets . Goes together easy , easy to take apart and clean. My pet thanks you . Mom's not mad anymore.

I would not buy again because it arrived damaged, the broke.

it seems to work well but didn"t last long. if i were to buy again hoover would have to show me that it is worth spending my money on this type of machine. I took it out of the box and it had a crack in the suction nozzel plate. then i used it and it broke further. Not Happy!

One of the better carpet washers!

The SmartWash model that I received is easy to use and seems to do a nice job. I especially like how easy it is to assemble and use. It's performance is much better than the other brands I've used. I would recommend buying the warranty if available. I do not usually buy them but based on my experience, you may use it. Hoover has stood behind my purchase well though.

Worked for a couple months and broke

Had this machine for a few months. Worked ok to begin with. Nothing overly special about it. Went to use the machine the other morning. Heard a high pitch whine and then the brushes stopped working. Turned the machine off and inspected to see if the brushes were blocked. They weren't. After some more inspecting the belt that rotates the brushes had already worn out. For something that is supposed to be built to last awhile this cleaner did not. Would not recommend this to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Surprised

Didn't have high expectations, but wow! It cleaned better than the professional carpet cleaning service I used prior to purchasing this Hoover. I have a light gray carpet and my German Shepherd leaves dark stains where he lays in the same spot all the time. This machine cleaned them right up. I bought this to use in between professional cleanings, but I don't think I'll be using a professional service again. Very impressed.

What a waste of money

I bought this because my previous Hoover was awesome and lasted me many cleanings. I have used this 3-4 times and it is already falling apart. The soap dispenser lid leaks constantly, and when I last cleaned my carpet there were hundreds of brush roller bristles in the dirty water compartment. What a piece of junk! If this is the best Hoover cleaner, I will be buying from another company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cierra was quick to respond and very patient with me. If your gonna spend this much money on a carpet cleaner, it's important to know that customer service is there if you encounter a problem.

We have a Chihuahua so we use it often on small wet spots. My wife insists I dry the carpet until the bucket stays empty. Less than two months, the machine is screaming, no brush movement
