We have had this unit for several weeks and have used it on the carpet in our excersize area. The unit is very easy to use and uses much less water than our old Bissell machine yet seemed to clean even better. The carpet dried in less than 12 hours, we were very pleased..... Thanks

We have original builder's 'upgrade' carpet in our FL home (now 17 years old) and while it has held up very well we definitely have high-traffic paths. We have hired professional carpet cleaners over the years and they did an OK job but never to the level we were hoping. We used the machine and found if we went over the high-traffic areas 2-3x it definitely removed the dirt and greatly improved the appearance. We can comfortably and confidently say that this machine performed just as well as hiring a professional carpet cleaning service.

This was my first Capet cleaner that I've purchased and I'm in love. It's easy to use on capers and upholstery , I love the fact that it has a dry only option for the carpets. I received this machine a few weeks ago, I have cleaned my carpets and they have never looked better. The directions are very easy to follow. The machine is constructed perfectly and super easy to use. Have had Hoover machines in the past, but this one far surpasses any other.

I am in absolute love with Hoover SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet cleaner. It was very easy to assemble with little to no effort needed. Instructions were absolutely easy to understand. I have dealing with very penetrating pet stains and my children spilling drinks and food on my carpets. I really wanted a Carpet cleaner that would go above and beyond cleaning stains out. I have to say, this is the absolute best. It really sucks out those stubborn stains from my carpet. I was shocked to see how dirty my carpet really was by looking at the very filthy water. Wow, this is absolutely magical. I really like that after a good clean this amazing cleaner leaves my carpet minimally damp because this vaccuum has a very powerful extraction with HeatForce which helps with faster drying. I am so happy to own this product and definitely recommend it 100%. I can't wait to clean all my other rooms.

I want to start off by saying... I've been spending way too much over the years renting a carpet cleaner. Every 4 months we do a full carpet clean as well as furniture. With animals and lots of carpet, it is necessary. Thankfully, I chose the right brand! I used the smart wash for the first time and man! That was the easiest time I've had. The carpet cleans exceptionally well, and it also dries up the water just as good. Manueverability is excellent. It isn't terribly heavy like those you rent, and moving it around the house, doing the stairs and other essentials, was a breeze. I think personally, this brand, this functionality, at this price point... Is extremely hard to beat! The engineering and quality, as well as the easy to clean/use is superb. I look forward to many more cleanings thanks to the Smart Wash. I wish I took before/after photos to show the excellent cleaning abilities, but I was too interested in trying out the new toy!

So simple to use, and I was able to almost completely clean our entire living room before I had to refill with water and empty the dirty water. It's great on soap, doesn't use to much or too little, and I love the drying feature. If your in the market for a home carpet cleaner, then stop looking!! This is your machine
