I live in two homes and in my long life I have owned and used more than a handful of different carpet cleaners, including a couple of Hoovers. This one wins. Easy to use, works the best. Just as important, fantastic customer service. Like I said, I've experience with a number of cleaners, and there WILL be problems, though hopefully rarely. Hoover has always been available to troubleshoot and get me cleaning again! If you have a problem, call them. Love Hoover, love this machine.

I did so much research before buying. We have a dog who throws up for unknown reasons. Even after vacuuming I had to stop and clean out machine of dog hair bc it picks up so much. Love it!

Just cleaned my carpet and this cleaner is the best I've used other cleaners and none of them performed the way this one did. My carpet is like new and stains are all gone. Thank you for this well made product!!!
