We cleaned 5 carpeted rooms with our new SmartWash carpet cleaner, and we were so pleased with the results. It did a great job of cleaning and the drying process was amazing. We went over it again with it just on dry, and the carpet was ready to put stuff back on it within an hour of cleaning it. We have cats, and it got up all the stains we were not able to get up by spot cleaning the carpets. We used the free and clear detergent and it worked great on all stains.

I love this cleaner. My first one broke so since is I have "Fear of better options" I bought a Bissell. I received the Bissell, put it together and ran it over my carpet. I had to empty the tank and fill the water 4 times to every once with the Hoover. I also hate holding a trigger down when moving forward so I knew right then, I had to order another Hoover. This cleaner is so user friendly and has many attachments. I love it!

I live in two homes and in my long life I have owned and used more than a handful of different carpet cleaners, including a couple of Hoovers. This one wins. Easy to use, works the best. Just as important, fantastic customer service. Like I said, I've experience with a number of cleaners, and there WILL be problems, though hopefully rarely. Hoover has always been available to troubleshoot and get me cleaning again! If you have a problem, call them. Love Hoover, love this machine.

I did so much research before buying. We have a dog who throws up for unknown reasons. Even after vacuuming I had to stop and clean out machine of dog hair bc it picks up so much. Love it!
