I have neve own a carpet cleaner before, so all this is very new to me. My experience has been very great, I was discouraged from buying a carpet cleaner because a family member has bought 3 expensive bissell carpet cleaners over the last 3 years and they all our broken, they don't want to have anything to do with carpet cleaners anymore and I warned not to get them especially bissel brand....... long story short, I almost got bissel, but I didn't like their reviews, that's when I stumbled across Hoover brand and my life has changed ever since. I love the smell after cleaning with the odor gaurd, the wet dry feature is very nice..... but more importantly the carpet looks new again!!!!!!! great job hoover, let's see if I can win my family over to carpet cleaner life again with Hoover brand

I initially saw this machine on an infomercial and immediately dismissed it as I have a stack of impulse buys in our spare room. However, since our states Stay at Home Ofer due to COVID-19, I decided to give it a try. Listen here! This was one of the best carpet cleaners I've ever had. I was so amazed... I cleaned our entire upper level and have been on a cleaning craze! Get ready to be in awe of the results... it really works!

Few purchases have pleased me as much as the Hoover SmartWash Carpet Cleaner. It performs as advertised. Got some old pet urine stains out on the first try: and they had been there since the previous owners of our house. It's easy to use and doesn't use tons of detergent. By the way, I use the Hoover detergent and it works great. I pre-treat hard stains and let it work a few minutes, then the SmartWash does the rest. I've used the Hoover several times, including on our car interiors. Same excellent results. GREAT PRODUCT HOOVER!

I have owned other carpet cleaners in the past, a necessity for any pet owner. This cleaner is by far superior to any other product I've used in the past! I'm actually shocked at how well this works! It is such a simple design and makes clean up really easy . I highly recommend to anyone, but especially to those who have pets.
