We bought this cleaner to replace our old Hoover Agility. It does a nice job overall, but we've noticed a couple of things that could be better. 1) The cleaner does not get as close to edges and walls as we would like. 2) We've had some overspray several inches up on speakers, walls, furniture, etc.

I finally had time to use it this weekend. I have 3 dogs and a hallway that was quite dirty and stained. I used the pet solution. The SmartWash did better cleaning than the professional carpet cleaner we had a couple of years ago. The stains are gone and the 10 year old carpeting looks almost new. My husband and I are totally amazed. I would recommend this machine 150%.

Hoover versus Kirby

I saw your video on tv. I wanted to see which one was better, my Kirby or my Hoover. Here are my results. Hoover is easier to fill the shampoo solution in the Hoover than the Kirby. Hoover is easier to maneuver than the Kirby. Hoover a light weight, the Kirby somewhat heavier. The Hoover took less time to clean the carpet than the Kirby. The Hoover was easier to clean than the Kirby. The Hoover took less time to dry than the Kirby. The Hoover could be put away with less space than the Kirby. The only difference between the Hoover and Kirby, The Kirby also vacvums. The Hoover out shines the Kirby by a long shot. I am happy with my Hoover!
