My only complaint is there is no handle for easy moving around up and down stairs. But easy to fill and easy to use, easy access to clean very strong. I have removed years old stains from my carpets.

It came with a nice sized scratch on it and it takes a quite a long time to dry but other than those couple flaws I think it is a good buy and definitely does the trick. I have a seven year old daughter who spills and a french bulldog that has accidents in the house from time to time and it cleans those messes well.

Had a machine made by another company that was not user friendly. ( Couldn't be completely taken apart for cleaning.? I am very please with the Hoover- super easy to use and does a nice job on carpets. Love the separate clean/ dirty water tanks. Parts are easily taken apart and rinsed post use, which is important to me.

Loving this product. This is a replacement cleaner because my other hoover "ON" button stopped holding. This new machine is so easy to use. No extra spray buttons to hold. forward to clean, back to dry. simple. After use clean up is Amazing. The cover for the brushes just comes off and the wheels/brushes come out for easy rinse and clean up (all that dog hair that the first vaccum didnt get, the cleaner picks up). It also does a great job on cleaning the carpets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke with three months. It's made to not be able to be repaired and Hoover was of no assistance. Save your money

I fill the water tank and fill the shampoo then I begin washing my carpet it works beautiful my carpets are almost as easy as running a sweeper its also light weight I'm 73 and can use it with ease
