I am the manager of a motel and we have a commercial carpet cleaner. I allowed one of my employees to borrow mine to clean a carpet and she got a stain out that had been there for years. Highly Recommend.

I have been hesitant about using a steam cleaner on the carpeting in my RV. As a full time resident with pets it can get dirty. I was so impressed with the measured amount of water and cleaner. It releases the perfect amount and the dry process and dry button sealed the deal. I don't have to worry about to much moisture or taking to long to dry. The carpets look fantastic.

Wow. This carpet shampooer is amazing. I've been holding off for years more like unable to pull the trigger on a carpet shampooer, I finally did on this one in boy was it a winner. I have done my whole house twice over and I'm pretty sure it would pull up more stuff if I did it again. It's very easy to use and does its job. It is a bear to do stairs though.
