It's amazing. My toddler decided to go poop in her floor, after scrubbing to no avail I used my hoover smartwash + and it got all the smeared nastiness out. If u have little ones and carpet you definitely need this! I'm seriously impressed.

I have a Hoover cleaner that is 21 years old and still works great. I decided to get this one as I am getting older and this seemed easier. I am so glad I did! I love this machine! Yesterday we bought a rewind vacuum! Love that too! You can't go wrong with either of these machines.

I love the shampooer but here's the problem...

I love the shampooer and how well it cleans but today we noticed the solution tank was leaking from the cap. Turns out, the seal had broken somehow. But there's no way to purchase the correct o-ring seals on the Hoover website and the valve replacement itself is sold out, so naturally people are over pricing them online for $25+. Hoover needs to make sure these machines are sent with replacement seals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
