I have had the previous Hoover I borrowed from a friend and it was awful it would leak after it was empty and never suck right and did t dry your carpet this one that I have is amazing!! It works so well the suction is great and it DRYS your carpet after!!! You read that right!! It's the best purchase I have made and so simple to use and cleans very thoroughly!!

Day 1, better than expected. Easy to assemble, even easier to use. Fill first tank with warm water, fill 2nd with shampoo, turn on, push forward to dispense, pull back to retrieve. Auto mix and auto dispense of shampoo. Dirty tank gets full, you dump it. EZPZ!! Super powerful motor. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I have dogs, a granddaughter and cream colored carpeting, so cleaning carpet is not some thing that's new to me. My previous cleaner of another brand just gave up mid-cleaning last night. I went to the store this morning and had planned to purchase a different Hoover model but when I saw the double scrubber brush bars on this one, I had high hopes and spent the extra money. But, it didn't do much to actually clean. After the first round, I could visually see where the old machine stopped and the new one continued, the latter area still a grey. The problem, as I evaluate it, is how little water is dispensed...even moving slowly (snails pace). There just has to be something wrong with this! I used less than a gallon of water on my carpet. That might sound great, but my living room has about 250-300 sq ft of carpet accessible/needing to be cleaned (center area of room-around the furniture). That's less than 1 tablespoon per square foot. In all fairness, I went over it two more times (the complete area) and it's better, but who wants to do the same area three times?! It's going back to the store!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The machine only works when you move the vacuum wheels in a forward motion for more than 1ft. This is important because if you have obstructions you cannot clean your floor using the vacuum dispensing solution.

The machine did not pick up the water in a manner that would support carrying the plus in any category. The ability to get answers or even registration information from Hoover was terrible, as well.

Great but need a filter...

Love this machine but it says it has a filter that needs to be kept clean. Mine never came with a filter and I don't see that I am able to order one as it is not listed under replacement parts.

I purchased for my RV. It's everything I could ask for and more. I doesn't get the carpeting saturated, the perfect balance. I love the dry button for a extra boost of heat. So easy to clean too.
