Finally a perfect home solution to dirty carpets and floor!

Thank you so much for making my life easier! No more gathering sink adapters or leaky hoses just to attend to a pets mistake. Hoover made it so easy to address those dirty spots as it is to drag out the vacuum cleaner. It's a miracle, thanks again!

I've owned several carpet cleaners and this is the only one that has broken within the first year. I don't have much carpet so it's wasn't high utilized. The manual and online support is of no help. Good machine if you want to invest in a new one yearly.

I purchased this after my husky had a very liquid accident on our brand new carpet in our brand new home. It took the stain up perfectly!! I was very surprised! I love that it has a drying function too. Highly recommend!

Worst designed machine Hoover has ever made!

Lasted 2 weeks before belt broke. Machine had excellent suction and so easy to move but whomever the engineering genius that designed a machine with a belt that broke quickly and then wasn't easily accessible, should have to repair every single returned machine so he/she may understand a customers' perspective. It's absolutely ridiculous! And then of course, there are no schematics anywhere online showing where the belt placement might be or how you may or may not be able to replace it. Not even one YouTube video. I have purchased Hoover products over 20 years now. I most definitely will not purchase another of these machines and will seriously have to consider purchasing any Hoover machine if this is their idea of acceptable. Had to go out and purchase a different brand since I need a machine and don't have the option of waiting for another to be shipped. I wouldn't have purchased if I didn't need it. I wish anyone luck who purchases one of these. Don't bother trying to replace the belt either. I would give "0" stars if at all possible.

Unfortunately after only using the shampooer less than 10 times, the spin brushes have stopped worked and it's making an awful loud noise.

Love this carpet cleaner! Easy use, easy clean up!

Took a few minutes to get use to it, but works great! Push forward and it adds soap to water and sprays the carpet at the right amount while scrubbing and picking up water as well(best to move medium speed). Then when you pull it backwards it doesn't spray only picks up water(best to move slowly). I have bad back, neck and hips, easy peasy, did not hurt almost glides. Everything easily breaks down for clean up, no hassle. The only thing is you have to watch clean water tank or you'll run without noticing. Yes you have to change dirty water kind of often, but not bad. Tank size helps keep weight down and easy to move. I have used many cleaning machines and this is great.

I NEED A BELT FOR SMART WASH BUT THERE IS NONE TO BE HAD WHERE DO I FIND ONE?? IF CANT FIND ONE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE IT IS NO GOOD WITHOUT A BELT

It stopped working within 2 months of purchase. out that it was the belt . Had to replace belt 3 times in the last 6 months.
