The smart wash was doing great in the beginning but after a few weeks, it started leaking from th back every time. The solution tank leaks non stop and there doesn't seem like there's a crack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this shampooer and I have to say I absolutely love it. It is great for kid and pet messes! It also has an attachment for upholstery cleaning and works great. No trigger, so easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very pleased with the performance of this vacuum! It makes it very easy to freshen up or clean my carpets! Pet stains can be cleaned up/erased instantly! Vacuum is lightweight and easy to manuever. Highly recommend!

Cheaper to buy one of these than to rent an extractor a few times. The auto spray feature is not needed and may be a potential failure source in the future plus you'll always need to make multiple dry passes to suck up the moisture so instead you have to bend over to get to the "dry only" button which is more inconvenient. Not being able to adjust the amount of cleaning concentrate administered is another piece of tech I could do without. Diluting it if needed is the cure. Power cord long enough for average bedroom but not my living room. It does heat up the solution nicely and works well on cut pile carpets. More commercial level suction required for frisee. Still glad I purchased it.

Love how it has a dry only button the floor is fully dry in 30 minutes to and hour!! I had some old stains and it got them up with no problem!! Only thing for me is I didn't get the hand held attachment with my hose. Box shows I should have gotten one but I didn't have it in the box. I just haven't contacted any one about it but idk if I will use it much!

We bought this to clean up messes on our carpet from our puppy who is still potty training- it works great! We used the included paws and claws formula, and it got out all the stains and smell. The carpet was completely dry and fresh in just a couple of hours, which was great as we only had to keep him outside for a few hours in the yard while it dried. And now that the smell is gone, he has only had a couple of accidents inside the house!
