Have used this several times with good results.....with one exception. when pulling the machine back, then advancing forward, white foam is left on the carpet....this is during the wash/dry cycle....i have to switch over to dry only to get rid of the foam residue. i'm still using the solution that came with the unit so it's not because i'm using off-brand solution. it's aggravating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This will remove residual carpet cleaning solution from your carpets. To Rinse with clean water only, remove the Solution Tank and continue pushing forward to clean and pulling back to dry. Ive had my carpet cleaner for about a month. Ive used it a few times. It doesnt scrub carpets the way I thought it would. Not a very deep clean. I have also used the attachments to clean my furniture. Same issue....and the suction with the hand held attachments was absolutely horrible! Price wise wasnt too bad. I guess I didnt lose too much money.....but i dont feel it was worth the money either. I wouldnt buy again or recommend.

Please check that the dirty water tank lid is firmly locked down onto the tank, and the whole tank is seated into the unit correctly. This will ensure that there is no air leak, which would cause suction to lessen. Also, please check to see that your suction nozzle is installed onto the machine correctly.
