I purchased this machine a couple years ago and used it regularly. I've gotten A LOT of miles out of it. Recently, one of the plastic tabs on the brush cover broke, and I emailed Hoover to buy a replacement. Instead, they replaced the whole thing! They didn't have a replacement part available so they shipped me an entirely new machine. I'm incredibly impressed with both the machine and the service, and I will continue to be a Hoover customer.

This has to be one of the best carpet cleaners I have EVER owned! I love the Dry Only setting so I can go over everything at the end. I also appreciate how little solution it uses. A little goes a long way! Good "area" coverage makes cleaning fast. We have 4 dogs, and this thing passes the test!

I have a small dog who is potty training; this has made cleaning carpets a breeze. My only negative is that there is no replacement pieces, and my puppy got a hold of one of the handles while cleaning it.

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever bought. I replaced this from a Bisell and I am so glad I did. My carpet is as clean as when I get it done professionally. I have dogs and not only does it clean but the everything detaches so you can keep everything clean. The rollers are super easy and after each use I can clean the machine parts and let them dry and the machine looks brand new. I would give it more stars if I could. Don't look any farther if you need a machine this is it. Bravo for making this model and the best part is it really cleans without saturating the carpet. The dry only is awesome. Love, Love , Love.
