Best carpet cleaner I have ever owned

This is the best carpet cleaner I have had yet. It is a smaller profile which allows you to see the water pick up easier. It dries much faster than previous machines and picks up the water faster. Love the push forward wash and pull back rinse feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this today for my birthday and let me tell you it is the best present ever. It literally works like a vacuum no triggers to pull easy to empty easy to fill love the dry only feature as well as the water Rinse feature being so easy I've owned several shampooers and this by far is the best one that I've had yet. Thank you Hoover for finally coming up with something that's easy to use works great even with pet hair.

This floor cleaner is super easy to use! It really cleans well too, I'm always surprised by how dirty my rugs actually are when I see the water in the tank! The company has been great to work with too! Very nice and helpful customer service.

I purchased this Hoover Smart Wash carpet cleaner in January 2019. I used it on a very dirty carpet and it did an amazing job. I have used it many many times and have always been satisfied. I really love that you can use the shampoo, then rinse by removing the shampoo bottle, then turn off the water and it sucks all the remaining water from the carpet. It is sooo easy to use and it does a great job. BUT in May 2021 my shampoo bottle began to leak. I tried putting a new o-ring in the top but nothing helped. I reached out to Hoover and asked how to get a new shampoo bottle. They responded that they couldn't find a replacement but they sent me an entire new machine. I was amazed! Hoover is certainly a company I will continue to purchase products from!

We have used it for small areas and one large room. We used water only. It distributes water fine and the suction of water on the draw back is very good. We put it on dry only and get the remainder of water. The carpet dried very quickly.

It's the easiest cleaner! No fuss no muss. Pushed the tab to release to clean rollers and the tab broke off after first use. Do you have replacement part? Useing duct tape for now . Thank you Vicki

I am shocked how much dirty it gets out. It's dries more than any other cleaners. I still had to use a fan for an hour. But it looks amazing. The carpet looks refreshed and renewed. I used it on everything from area rugs to thick carpets. We have dogs too. Pulled out lots of hair from the carpet too. Smells fresh. Used pet cleaner. Light weight and easy to use/clean out. Shipped quickly.
