This is worst machine I've ever bought

We are on our 2nd one, Hoover did replace the first one. It does not leak on the sides it floods the floor and does not dry during the flooding. I'm so disappointed in this I thought Hoover was a trusted name and for the cost this is ridiculous. It worked about 4-5x the last one lasted less than a year and was used maybe 10x.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having this product is nice, was expecting more when it came to the drying part.. I was not expecting the product to have so much water dripping form it ( had to mop the floors while cleaning the rugs) such a hassle, or have so many moving parts to clean after cleaning our rugs.. Might gift this one and retrieve the self cleaning cleaner... Not sure if I would recommend this product as of yet....

Better than the rental machines!

I purchased this after having dogs and needing to clean carpets more without renting. This machine cleans and leaves the carpets looking better than any machine I rented. The customer service is also amazing, I did have an issue 3 years in and no questions asked sent me replacement. Will continue to buy from Hoover.

We have a Chihuahua so we use it often on small wet spots. My wife insists I dry the carpet until the bucket stays empty. Less than two months, the machine is screaming, no brush movement
