I was very skeptical at first because who isn't skeptical about things like this. I saw so many good reviews and wanted to try it out for myself and let's just say it exceeded my expectations. I'm OBSESSED and it's so easy and so satisfying.

LEAKING SOLUTION. ARG!!!!

This product cleans GREAT. However, on 5th use, it's leaking solution down the back onto the power cord, and all over the floor. A sudsy mess. I'm extremely disappointed with this. I bought a "quality" product that is failing. It's essentially brand new. What gives??!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've purchased a few of these carpet machines, they are honestly the best on the market and my friends love them. I had one that malfunctioned under a year and contacted customer service. They replaced it for me and I'm very appreciative!

Do not buy this product, absolute garbage!

The agitator belt breaks frequently and is not covered under warranty. I have had great luck with my Hoover Max Extract which lasted over 7 years. The Hoover SmartWash has been a disappointment not even lasting one month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
