I have two cats so it is nice to be able to clean the carpet whenever I want . It's so easy to use . I absolutely love that I can easily get to the rollers and clean out the cat hair that the vacuum missed . And the dry only button so you can get the excess water up . Awesome features!!!! Plus it only took me 5 minutes to assemble

Purchased two weeks ago, used immediately. Very satisfied. So much easier to use than two older carpet cleaners I have had for years. Tanks are so much easier to remove from machine and clean, brushes a snap to remove and clean. Also used hose and stair unit to clean Upholstry chairs, and it did a wonderful job again. Light and easy to move around. I am going to purchase a second unit for second house.

I had bought this about a month ago and let me tell you, I got rid of the Bissell without hesitation! This drys the carpet so much better and is way easier to use!! I like that it has a separate tank for the solution and how it auto mixes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again!

Can't believe how good this carpet cleaner worked. I had old stains that had been there for years that other cleaners could not get out and now they are gone. The black water and dirt that was in the tank OMG yuk. I was living with all that dirt.

I love the option to remove the cleaning solution and run clean rinse water over the carpet to remove cleaning solution. My other scrubbers mixed the solution and the water in the same tank. This option is amazing. And I love love love the option to use dry only and throughly pull the water/solution from the carpets.

I did some extensive research on carpet shampoo machines and everything came back to the Hoover SmartWash as the best option. Recieved a couple of weeks ago and am extremely delighted withe the technology, the ease of use, and the job that it performed. It would have cost more to hire a carpet cleaning service. I could not believe the color of the water after the first use! This machine is so easy to operate that I will be using it on a regular basis. I actually truly enjoyed using it! Great purchase. I highly recommend this product!

This really is a wonderful machine to have. I retired my older carpet cleaning machine and purchased this one. It is easy to use, not super heavy and does an excellent job on carpets! I love the fact that I don't have to pull a trigger to release the cleaner and water. I just push forward and pull back. I was only able to get one room cleaned today but very pleased with the results!
