This awesome machine is an excellent example of superb engineering. Okay, It's not a space ship. But it would be worthy if needed. I've been in engineering for decades and the common sense design is so refreshing. Simple and Smart. So easy to use and clean.

I really love this carpet cleaner. So easy to use and does a great job. I would definitely recommend this Hover Smartwash carpet cleaner.

New and does not work

I purchased the cleaner back in September, but pulled it out the box last week and it does not work. After some research, I found this not uncommon for this model. Now I'm stuck with a cleaner I saved up for and does not work. I can't find my receipt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Between my adult children and me, we own three of these machines. They are fantastic. I recommend having one on hand at all times, especially if you have pets and children!

I bought this some time ago(1 year), and I have had to replace two parts already. Now the water tank leaks before it’s even powered on. Making this the third part that will need to be replaced within a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my hoover and already a part was busted before I was even able to assemble it. it does a good job cleaning but I find it to take more time then my last steam cleaner to get a stain out.
