No Repair Parts!

I use this product at my home as we have a very active dog. It has done a great job cleaning until about 3 months ago when all the water came gushing out of the clean water tank (thank God it was clean water)! Turns out the Black Rubber Seal had dissentigrated - literally came apart in pieces! I have tried to find another seal but no one has one. When I finally got through to Hoover Customer Service -after trying many times- the representative ultimately told me I would need to purchase a New Clean Water Tank! GUESS THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS BETTER!!!! MAYBE HOOVER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! Plastic and Rubber wear out ....Make replacement parts so you have happier customers or lower your prices so if a part breaks we can afford to throw it away and purchase a new one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks to the Motor.

I love this machine. The only problem I'm having right now with it it's leaking From the soap dispenser to the motor. I'm losing a lot of soap. I wish there was a fix for this.

Has saved me from many pet messes!

This machine is a gold mine. It has saved me many times when the cats threw up on the carpet. My first one worked great for many months and when I did have a problem customer service replaced it. I would say that the trick to maintaining it is making sure to wash all the parts after each use. That means, take the brushes out, rinse the brush cover, wash out the dirty water bin, and let all the parts dry before putting it all back together. Works like a charm.

Leaks out the solution container into the motor the front plastic broke after 2 months Im holding it in with tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans rugs pretty good but takes forever to dry, even with ceiling fans on. My old Hoover dried in less than two hours. I still have it. So I will clean with new one and go over with old one to suck up excess water.

I debated on getting this machine because there was others that was a good bit less expensive. I hated the one I currently had because it was such a pain to clean. My husband told me to go ahead and spend the extra money and get a good one. I read the reviews and they all sounded good so I went ahead and did it! I'm so happy I did! Cleans great! Lightweight and super easy to clean! Now I won't dread using it because of the cleanup afterwards. Go ahead and spend the extra money. I promise you will be happy you did!

This machine does a good job. I like the "Dry Only" setting. The machine almost is ENTIRELY made of plastic so you have to handle everything gently else you'll snap a clip or other piece.
I would recommend this to a friend!
