Was really hesitant to purchase this carpet cleaner but it was the best purchase I have ever made. I have two rooms with wall to wall light beige carpeting as well as an old dog so you can only imagine the need. I was absolutely amazed at the end result. They look brand new. The SmartWash was easy to use and they were dry to walk on within an hour. I highly recommend purchasing this carpet cleaner.

I purchased a camp and the previous owners said they had steam cleaned the carpets. It just wasn't done well enough so I purchase the Smartwash hoping it would. And what a difference!!! All the traffic "patterns" disappeared! Other than performing a great clean, I love the dry option. I washed the carpet in the evening and used the dry only option quite a bit. By morning the carpet was dry and looked brand new. This is the best carpet cleaner i have ever had and recommend it to anyone.

I bought my SmartWash in July 2019 and have used it 5 times already! My main reason for purchasing is my little Gigi and her "accidents or on purposes". It is so easy and convenient to use and it takes me roughly 30 to 40 minutes to clean the carpet in my two bedroom townhome. Easy to fill, empty, and clean!

Just got this carpet cleaner and I am very impressed. My carpets were a mess with 2 dogs and 5 grandsons that visit alot. I really enjoy that you don't have to fuss with a trigger to go from wash to dry and love even more that I don't have to hassle with measuring out the detergent. The carpets were a little wet, so I turned on the dry only function and they were completely dry by the morning. As for the look of the carpet, it was wonderful and the machine also fluffed up the fibers too. Very pleased with my purchase. Higlhy recommend!!

I have had this for about a month now and can't be happier with the purchase. This is a great carpet cleaner. I love the idea of the rinsing after cleaning and the heated dry feature. It is really as easy as vacuuming the carpet. I have had a few other pricey carpet cleaners that were impossible to clean afterwards and only lasted 2 years at the most, but this one is so easy to clean. A definite plus. I really hope that time will tell and the 5 year warranty is backed up if it quits, another reason I chose this cleaner.

ordered machine, came quickly, and was so easy to put together and use right away. Machine feels like it is self propelled forward and easy to pull back and carpet dries quickly. I Had old pet stains and had tried to get out in past without success. After using this machine, the carpet looks brand new... amazing!

This carpet cleaner is amazing! I cannot talk highly enough about it!! I replaced a Bissel that I bad for about 19 years. I use it almost weekly. This Hoover is so easy to not only use, but clean. The tanks are way to take off and clean and put back on. They fit in the kitchen sink which was a big drawback with my Bissel. I had to fill it in the tub. One of my favorite things about this carpet cleaner is that you can actually set the cleaneOne of my favorite things about this carpet cleaner is that you can actually set it on DRY ONLY mode and just dries the carpet.
