I'm maybe 2 months in and have used it a few times now. It's nice because I tend to be a clutz and drop food on my floors from time to time. My dog doesn't make too much of a mess but he does get a little mud on carpet when it's damp out. Either way, I've been able to clean up all the messes really easily with this vacuum. The only drawback that I can see so far is that it can't suck up large items. But I believe this is common to all such vacuum cleaners in its catergory and isn't too big of a deal (I pick up the big chunks anyway)

I just bought one and it is so much better the the bissell i had. It adds the perfect Mixture of detergent. It is nice that as you push forward it puts down the perfect amount of water not soaking your carpet. While pulling back it dries and has such an amazing suction pulling up the water from the carpet. When it says it will have your carpet dry within 45 minutes it isn't lying. Also the hose for doing the stairs is super long and can most likely do the whole staircase.This was one of the best purchase I have had in a long time.
