[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant on getting a automatic steam cleaning vacuum. I am so glad that I purchased this vacuum despite my hesitation. Best steam cleaner I've owned to this date!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans very well and I love not having to mix the solution.If there is any cleaning solution left you can save it for next time. I also like not pushing a button, just move the smartwash back and forth and it has a dry only button to absorb more water if needed.

I wrote to you 20 days ago and wrote that my smart wash simply stopped working, not ejecting water and no input. I brought my machine to an authorized dealer and lo and behold you sent me a completely new machine. I get to try it out today. Than you for the great service.!

After shopping around for a carpet cleaner this was on my radar.I was extremely excited for this product as I have reviewed other cleaners that had the dry option. Unfortunately, after 2 uses the suction stopped working and left my rug soaked. I've done some troubleshooting online and it still has not worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just used my smartwash for the first time and very little solution was used if any, yes it was firmly put in and I followed the directions. Not sure how much should be left after a filled tank
I have had the previous Hoover I borrowed from a friend and it was awful it would leak after it was empty and never suck right and did t dry your carpet this one that I have is amazing!! It works so well the suction is great and it DRYS your carpet after!!! You read that right!! It's the best purchase I have made and so simple to use and cleans very thoroughly!!
