Easy to use, love the forward wash, backward dry

I have used the Smartwash in almost all rooms of my home. It is great, easy to use, and relatively light weight. I am a vacuum fiend, always vacuuming or shampooing carpeting and area rugs. My old Hoover shampooer was extremely heavy and awkward. This model is so much better!

We bought our cleaner just a week ago and tested it. It really does an amazing job at cleaning. We replaced our old Hoover smart scrub(6 years old) with this and I can tell the difference. Our old Hoover was great but this takes it to another level. It is a great value and well worth money.
