I am exttemely happy with my purchase. I was dreading having to hire someone to clen my carpeting or renting one of those big machines. This cleaner is lightweight and SO easy to use and cleanup is easy, as well. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone interested. Well worth the price!!!

I found all the features user friendly. Especially cleaning and maintenance was easy. The only downside is grimy areas and stains do not clean easily as shown in the promotion video. I had to scrub the areas or use spot cleaner before using the machine. It did a great job removing normal dirt.
