This item is amazing! The best investment I’ve ever purchased. I’ve been in my apartment for four years and my apartment complex does not do a good job at coming in to clean our carpet so I finally bought a carpet cleaner and I am amazed. I love it. My carpet is like new thank you Hoover.

I like it so far. The smell isn’t fantastic but I’m happy it’s not gross. I was surprised at how much dirt it picked up since we’ve had our carpet power washed be professionals 2-3 times in the past two months. So it’s a keeper. Any chance I can use it on my mattress? Also, I’ve been looking for the anti-allergen solution and it’s sold out everywhere. Is it discontinued? What can I use instead?

I like how it automatically knows when to use the cleaner instead of me holding down a button. I also like how you can use the "dry only" option. My only recommendation would be for a longer cord.

FANTASTIC!!!! Amazing investment

I researched for the most purchased, highest reviewed, most reliable, personal in-home carpet cleaner, and I stumbled the smartwash+ automatic carpet cleaner manufactured by Hoover. Majority of the reviews were 5/5 stars for good reason! I couldn’t wait to clean my carpets, my package arrived last night 1/30, and I assembled and cleaned my carpets today 1/31! The directions were very clear and simple for assembly, and the ease of use for this carpet cleaner was great. I have an 80 pound dog in our home with carpets that are 25+ years old. This carpet cleaner made my carpets look basically new! The wash while pushing forward and dry mechanism when pulling the carpet cleaner back makes it super user-friendly. I can’t say enough great things about this product, other than I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner! Excellent product, Hoover. Thank you.
